    Drupal Updated

Drupal has been updated to version 6.17. They have also removed Drupal 5 from the front page. Probably means Drupal 5 is no longer supported but there is no information on it so who knows?

Adobe is wooing developers free Flash 4 licenses

Adobe is taking sign-ups for those who are out of work because of the present state of the world economy. So if you want to learn Flash to build on your resume and get a new job go to the site. y This a pretty smart move by Adobe. It not only will bring in more popularity for using the platform but it will create developer loyalty. Potentially putting a stop to all of Apples efforts to make Flash look bad.

I give up. No combination of events hacks can compensate for the actual onclick event and its missing throughout ExtJS in critical areas. So long ExtJS, thanks for all the fish! Hello again jQuery and Flex 4.

Friggin’ ExtJS tabPanel has over 20 public events but no onclick. Going to have to put a reload button on each panel. Not optimal because of the UI looks out of place and all the extra code but it may work.

Being frustrated by no onClick event handler for ExtJS tabs, the ExtJS forums logging me out after 3 minutes and ExtJS forums going in to moderation mode after making posts after the first two on the same thread. May have to go to a jQuery solution for tabbing

Spent sometime today connecting Movico menu hooks to ExtJS to generate tabs for content and navigation. Works smoothly and is easy to mod. Uploading to GitHub tomorrow.
